“ Las Rosas” school begins its performance in the academic year 2001/2002, as a result of the merging of two Adult Education Schools "Joaquin Costa" and  "San Blas",  it is located in the neighbourhood of “Los Arcos”,  in the district of San Blas  (Madrid) in a three storey building which also houses the IES Quevedo.
