1. En el curso 2004/2005 comenzó a implantarse en 26 colegios públicos de Enseñanza Primaria de la Comunidad de Madrid un Programa bilingüe de español-inglés.
   
   Este año se incorpora nuestro Centro a este programa.
   
2. Los colegios bilingües de la Comunidad de Madrid tienen entre sus objetivos desarrollar en los alumnos, a lo largo de su escolariad, el conocimiento y uso adecuado tanto de la lengua castellana como de la lengua inglesa, en sus manifestaciones oral y escrita. Se pretende que los alumnos conozcan y usen las diferentes posibilidades expresivas existentes en ambas lenguas.
3. Los colegios bilingües de la Comunidad de Madrid han empezado a desarrollar un currículo bilingüe de alta calidad, cuyos resultados son evaluables y homologables en el ámbito europeo.
   
4. Los alumnos que acuden a estos centros reciben clase diaria de Inglés, Lengua Castellana y Matemáticas. Disponen de auxiliares nativos de conversación y pueden intercambiar experiencias con los niñós de un centro británico hermanado con el suyo.

1. During the course of the academic year 2004/2005,26 state primary schools in the Comunidad de Madrid embarked upon a bilingual Spanish-English Programme.
   This year our school is going to incorporate to his programme.
   
2. Amongs their objectives, these bilingual scools propose to help their pupils, trought their primary education, develop and adequate command of both spoken and written English and Spanish. The pupils should not only be able to recognize the different possible expresive styles in both languages.
3. The bilingual schools of the Comunidad de Madrid are in the process of developing a quality bilingual curricula, the results of which can be evaluated and homologised thoughout the European Comunity.
   
4. The pupils of these centres receive daily tuition in English, Spanish and Mathematics; furthermore, they have additional conversations practice with native language assistants and are also able to carry out interchanges with cildes from their Bristish twinned school.
